If your employer requires you to clock in and out of RotaCloud, they may also have set up a terminal. This is a fixed clocking in/out station set up on an iPad or other tablet. To clock in, simply enter your four-digit PIN which is emailed to. you when you first signed up.
Viewing your PIN on the app
If you can't remember your PIN, or can't find your email containing your PIN, you can change this in your account. Simply log in and tap the three lines in the top right corner of your screen. On the menu, tap 'Clock-in PIN' and your PIN will show at the top of your screen.
Changing your PIN on the app
To change your PIN, log in to your RitaCloud account and tap the three lines in the top right corner of your screen. On the menu, tap 'Clock-in PIN' and then 'Choose a new PIN'.
You'll then see a keypad which will allow you to enter your preferred PIN. Enter your new PIN then tap 'Save' at the bottom of your screen (you may need to tap 'Done' on your keypad or tap back onto the main screen to see the 'Save' button).
Your new PIN will then be save for you to use when you next clock in on a terminal.
Viewing and changing your PIN on desktop
If you can't remember your PIN or wish to change it, you can do this by logging in to your RotaCloud account and going to Settings via the cog icon in the top right. On the menu on the left, select 'Clocking In' and then 'Show PIN'.
If you need to update your PIN, simply type in your preferred PIN and click 'Save'. Your new PIN will then be save for you to use when you next clock in on a terminal.
