In RotaCloud, your employer will set up your account and add various bits of information they feel relevant - this may include your salary, holiday allowance, address etc.. Some of the information however can be added or changed yourself.
Information you can add/change
In RotaCloud, you can add or amend your:
Timezone
Name
Phone number
Address
Emergency contact details (name and phone number)*
Adding/updating your details in the app
To add or amend your personal information in the app, simply log in, and tap the three lines in the top right corner. Tap on your name and you'll be able to add in or amend your details. Once you made the changes you need to this page, simply tap 'Save'.
Adding/updating your details on desktop
To add or amend your personal information on desktop, simply log in, and click the cog icon in the top right corner of your screen. Here, you'll be able to change your timezone, name, email address, phone number, and address. Once you made the changes you need, simply tap 'Save'.
*Emergency contact information can only be added/updated by employees when using the RotaCloud app. Employees cannot update this information on desktop.
