RotaCloud allows you to add a profile photo to your account. This photo will show on your app and, if enabled by your employer, on the Rotas page too.
Adding/updating your profile photo
To add or change your profile photo on RotaCloud, you'll need to have the RotaCloud app downloaded. Simply log in to the app and tap the three lines in the top right corner of your screen. Tap on the round image at the top of the page or, if you do not have a photo already, this will show your initials in a circle.
You will then see the option to either take a new photo (which will open up your device's camera) or choose a photo. (You may be asked to give the RotaCloud app permission to access your device's camera or photo gallery).
After you have taken or selected your photo, you can choose to edit it. Once you're happy with the photo, tap the tick icon in the top right and your photo will be saved.
Deleting your profile photo
If you would like to fully remove your profile photo, you can do this by logging in to the RotaCloud app and tapping the three lines in the top right corner of your screen.
Tap on the round image at the top of the page and, from the list at the bottom of your screen, tap 'Delete photo'. The photo will then be removed and you will see your initials in its place.
Adding/updating/removing your profile photo from your account can currently only be done through the RotaCloud app.
If you do not have the RotaCloud app, your employer can change the photo for you - please reach out to them directly if you need help with this.
