If your employer has SMS as part of their RotaCloud package, you can receive your regular notifications by text message. In order to receive these, you will first need to verify your mobile phone number via text message.
Before you verify your number, you must set up your. RotaCloud account by accepting your invitation. To learn more about this, click here.
Verifying your number
Once your phone number is added. to RotaCloud, you will receive a text message to that number asking you to verify it. To do this, simply reply to the message with the word YES. You can then enable your SMS notifications to receive updates via text message.
Resending your verification message
If you do not receive your text message from RotaCloud asking you to verify your number, you can choose to resend it. To do this, simply log in to RotaCloud on a desktop and go to Settings via the cog icon in the top right corner.
From the menu on the left, select 'Notifications'. If your number is not yet confirmed, you will see this blue, highlighted message at the top of your page. Click 'confirm you phone number' and another text will be sent to your phone (once you receive this, just follow the steps above).
