How to allow staff to clock in and out through the RotaCloud app

Once you've enabled and set up Time and Attendance, your staff can begin cocking in and out of their shifts - one of the ways they can do this is through the RotaCloud mobile app.

Enable mobile clocking in

Any Admin user on your account can enable the account setting to let staff clock in/out using the RotaCloud app on their mobile device.

To do this, click the cog icon in the top right corner of your screen to access your account settings and scroll down to the section 'Time and Attendance'. Tick the option 'Employees can clock in using their mobile device'.

This is a global account setting so will apply to all users in your RotaCloud account and can be unticked at any time to instantly stop mobile clock ins.
