If your employer allows you to use RotaCloud's leave functionality, you are able to see your leave allowance, make requests, see approved leave, and see pending requests.

To learn how to make leave requests, click here.

To learn about how to view your holiday allowance, click here.

Viewing approved leave on the app

To see any leave you have assigned, open up the app and click the Leave tab at the bottom of your screen. Here, you'll see how much leave you have assigned, used and remaining at the top of the page and, below that, you can see a list of all leave that you have been given.

The arrows either side of the year at the top of the page allows you to navigate to past and future years.

Viewing approved leave on desktop

To see the leave you have already taken and have upcoming, click the Leave tab at the top of the page. You will then see the months across the top of the page and numbers below them - the numbers indicate how many days of leave you have assigned for that month.

If you click the month, it will open up to show you details of the leave. Each bar indicates a leave entry and can be hovered to see details.

To view previous or future years, simply use the arrows either side of the year dates at the top of the page.

Viewing pending leave on the app

To see any leave requests you have pending (submitted but not yet actioned by your manager), tap on the Leave tab at the bottom of the page. Then, tap 'Pending' and you'll see a list of all leave that you've submitted that's awaiting action.

Viewing pending leave on desktop

To view your pending leave requests, click the Leave tab at the top of the page. If you have any pending requests, these will be listed at the top of the page.

To learn how to cancel a leave request, click here.
