Downloading your labour forecasting and budget caps data

If you have existing data in your labour forecasting and budgets you'd like to download, click the cog icon in the top right of your screen to access your account settings. From the menu on the left, select 'Budgets & Forecasting'.

Next, click the downwards arrow icon on the blue bar at the top and your data will be downloaded. You can also use the as a template for uploading.

Importing your labour forecasting and budget caps data

If you'd like to import your labour forecasting and budget caps data in bulk, you can do this using your downloaded data as a template, or, can use the file below as a template.

Enter your data onto the spreadsheet ensuring the format for date etc. matches the template and save it as a CSV file.

How do I find my Location IDs?

Your Location ID needs to be entered onto your import CSV. You can find this by either going to Company and selecting Locations then clicking the Location you need - your Location ID will then show in your web address here:

Alternatively, you can go to Company and select Locations then click the downwards arrow in the top right to download a CSV file of all your Location data each Location ID will appear on here.

You can now click the import icon on the blue bar at the top of your page and select the file you'd like to upload.

You'll then see your data displayed in a list-view. If you're happy, simply click 'Continue' and your data will be imported. If everything uploads successfully, you'll receive a confirmation message - if there are any issues, you will see a red marker beside the row which has been unsuccessful and can hover for more details.
